I noticed you completely skirted the issue and focused on her passport being held by the firm (which her traveling doesn't do anything to disprove as they were likely being held by staff and not Meghan directly when she did). If the blatant racism that she and Archie faced in the press and from even Harry's account within his own family doesn't matter to you, just say that.
